Venu has been with the NHS since 2009 and has experience across various specialties.

Initially a physiotherapist in India, he established a Neuro Rehabilitation Centre in Chennai after specialist training in EMG biofeedback from the University of Miami. He earned his Master’s in Neuro Musculoskeletal Healthcare at Keele University in 2010, focusing on dynamic ultrasound, assistive technology, and evidence-based practice.

Venu collaborates with a research team, contributing to publications in the Cochrane Library on assistive technology after stroke. His skills include movement and gait analysis, addressing foot drop conditions, and using electrical stimulation equipment.

Since 2020, he has provided specialist physiotherapy services as a case manager, leveraging his clinical expertiseto create rehabilitation plans tailored to clients’ goals.
