As Business Development and Engagement Manager Natalie is responsible for the oversight on new business opportunities, enquiries and referrals. She can often be found at various corporate events and is always available for a chat! Her team also support the marketing of the business, website, social media and events. With a varied background ranging from the motor trade, to healthcare, Natalie brings a varied skills set to her role. Prior to joining Unite Professionals she worked at a large civil engineering company within their occupational health department ensuring the work force were able to access the relevant at work vaccinations and annual tests they needed to ensure their health was managed while working in challenging environments. Prior to that she worked at Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust within the Cystic Fibrosis unit. Natalie has a highly organised streak, evident when organising events!

Outside of work Natalie has a keen interest in reading and ongoing learning and is studying for a degree with the Open University, and enjoys spending time with her husband, children and friends.
