Leah expertly coordinates with all NHS departments on behalf of clients and case managers, handling enquiries and managing INA appointment correspondence while securing new and renewable consent forms. She ensures our systems remain updated with relevant information and regularly reviewing policies and procedures. Leah’s career began as a claims handler at a local insurance broker, followed by a decade as a legal costs negotiator. After a break for family, she worked at a private nursery, managing school transport to wrap-around care. Before joining Unite Professionals, she was a receptionist at a solicitor’s firm, assisting clients, organising meeting rooms, and managing calls for five offices. Leah enjoys socialising with friends, many of whom are colleagues, and I love reading and cooking for my family.
Leah say’s “I know Unite Professionals care deeply about the clients and their recovery. I love my job and feel great satisfaction in helping the clients on their rehab journey by getting them the appointments they need via NHS or referrals they need via GP, or whatever else the case manager feels necessary and asks medical records to action for them.”
