For Clients.

We are here to support you throughout your rehabilitation journey.

You may be facing pain, loss of independence and uncertainty. Whether you are adjusting to a new diagnosis or struggling to navigate what comes next, you are not alone. With professional guidance, compassion and practical solutions, we can help you take back control, and rebuild your life. We will be instructed by your legal representation and a case manager allocated to your case to provide an Immediate Needs Assessment (INA).

On the first contact with your case manager, they will explain their role and what the assessment will cover. They will make you feel at ease, and will take into consideration not just your injuries but you as a whole person.

For Referrers.

We understand that when you refer a client to us, you are placing your trust in our expertise, responsiveness and quality of service.

We take that responsibility very seriously. From the moment we receive instruction our team establishes clear communication channels with all parties involved. We provide structured, timely updates and reports that align with legal frameworks, funding structures and agreed timescales, ensuring transparency at every stage.

Our approach is proactive, rather than reactive and we anticipate challenges, address barriers early and adapt plans as circumstances evolve. Acting as the central hub we bring together the right professionals at the right time.

We aim to make the referrals process as smooth as possible. Our Service Level Agreement is to provide an Immediate Needs Assessment within 15 working days of the client appointment.
We accept referrals from Solicitors, Insurers and Private Individuals.
