What is a Case Manager?
A Case Manager is an individual with rehabilitation experience appointed to assess a client’s needs, review the treatment pathway, and make recommendations for ongoing services and treatment. A Case Manager liaises with all the treating clinicians and coordinates services to ensure the client receives the best possible rehabilitation.
Our Case Managers are trained to work holistically, i.e. looking at the whole person, and the effect their injuries have had on their whole life. The Case Manager sits outside of the litigation process and has the purpose of bringing the client’s life back to as close as possible as it was pre-accident. They advocate and coordinate rehabilitation to assist recovery.
