FAQs for clients:
In case management, a case manager appointed by your legal representative is responsible for evaluating your circumstances. They assess the overall impact of your injuries, advocate on your behalf, and collaborate with your treatment team to develop a relationship, and encourage communicative, multidisciplinary working all with the goal of achieving the best possible outcome for you.
Regular reports and updates from the case manager will assist the referring parties in determining which recommendations receive funding and for what duration. It is important to note that every case is unique, and everyone is treated as such.
