Management of Packages of Care.

Sourcing care and support can be challenging, but our specialised team is ready to assist with care packages, working with agency or directly employed staff according to best practices and CQC Guidance.

We collaborate with case managers to manage care efficiently, ensuring clients receive appropriate services and documentation. Our care team and registered manager are certified in Level 3 Safeguarding, CQC Registered, and received a “good” rating in the last inspection.

We ensure a robust recruitment and onboarding procedure is in place and that mandatory and role specific training standards are being met for directly employed team members.

 

We actively monitor the care and support provided and challenge any quality in care, poor practice, care note taking or safeguarding issues.

 

We work collaboratively with the case managers and rehabilitation coordinators to ensure ongoing funding for care and support packages.

We ensure our practices adhere with CQC Regulations.
