Francesca, has worked in the care sector since 2010, supporting elderly and vulnerable adults across both nursing and domiciliary care settings. Over the years, she has progressed from a care assistant role through to Deputy Manager, bringing with her a wealth of hands-on experience and a strong understanding of care delivery.

Outside of work, Fran enjoys spending time with her family, as well as days out at the beach and camping trips.
