Phoebe provides administrative support to case managers by setting up services, formatting reports, researching costs, sending referrals, and liaising with insurers and solicitors and reviewing all supplier agreements. She holds a degree in Sport and Physical Education from Cardiff Metropolitan University and enjoy playing basketball, walking in nature, and travelling. Her hobbies include knitting, sewing, and crocheting.
