Gemma is a valued member of the rehabilitation team, where she offers administrative assistance to case managers. She coordinates with suppliers to ensure that appointments are scheduled, clinic letters and reports are received, and approved budgets are adhered to. Before joining Unite Professionals, she worked as a case handler at a law firm, handling personal injury claims. After taking a career break to raise two children, Gemma spent several years working as a support worker in the care sector. She has a passion for crafts, enjoys reading, and loves spending time with her family. Together, they explore fascinating locations, including castles in the Lake District and Wales.
